Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all training programs, workshops, and chart review services offered by GlowField Signal School. By enrolling and making payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Foundations Intensive (Cohort Programs)

Full refund

A full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit, is available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before the start date, we refund all amounts paid minus a 600,000 VND administrative fee.

Deposit forfeiture

Cancellations within 7 days of the start date forfeit the deposit. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded.

After program begins

No refund is available after the first live session has occurred. You may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort once within 12 months, subject to seat availability.

2. Signal Reading Lab (Single Sessions)

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or free rescheduling to another available Saturday.

Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund but may reschedule once to the next available session within 30 days.

No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session fee.

Four-session packages: unused sessions may be refunded at the single-session rate (850,000 VND per session deducted from the package price) if cancelled before the first session. After the first session, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.

3. Private Chart Review

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled review for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may reschedule once within 14 days at no charge. A second rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 300,000 VND fee.

If you submit charts but cancel before the session, chart submissions are deleted per our Privacy Policy.

4. Trading Journal Clinic

Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the clinic start date. Foundations Intensive graduation is verified before enrollment — if you have not completed the intensive, enrollment is cancelled with full refund.

After the first weekly review, no refund is available for remaining weeks. You may pause for up to two weeks due to travel or illness with written notice.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Printed reference cards and materials already provided at in-person sessions
• Deposits forfeited under the cancellation timelines above
• Sessions marked as no-show without prior notice
• Administrative fees stated in partial refund scenarios

6. Program Cancellation by GlowField

If we cancel a cohort or session due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date at your choice. We notify affected participants at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

7. Refund Process

Submit refund requests to info@glowfieldhub.click with your enrollment confirmation reference, program name, and reason for cancellation. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method — bank transfer to the account from which payment was received. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer; you must provide account details.

8. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests follow the same notice periods as cancellations. One free transfer per enrollment is permitted unless otherwise stated above. Contact us at +84835160888 or via email.

9. Exceptions

Medical emergencies or documented circumstances beyond your control may qualify for exceptions to the standard timelines. Contact us with supporting documentation and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
